Over-optimized internal anchors used to be a backlink-manipulation tell. Now Google's helpful-content signals weight it for internal links too. If every link to /pricing says "pricing," the entropy is 0 and you look like you're keyword-stuffing internally. If 30%+ say "click here," you look lazy.
