# AI short video safe publishing kit Version: November 3, 2026. Companion: https://jwatte.com/blog/moneyprinterturbo-ai-short-videos-small-business/ Use this kit to prepare a MoneyPrinterTurbo video with a record of every music, footage and voice permission. The software assembles the video; a named person clears rights, checks facts and approves publication. We read its documentation and source without installing or running it. Its MIT software license does not establish rights in bundled songs or third-party media. Delete bundled music before commercial use, keep automatic posting off and retain the completed records privately. ## Workflow ```text ┌─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┐ │ Topic → AI script → footage → voice → subtitles → music │ └────────────────────────────┬────────────────────────────────┘ ▼ MP4 → human review ▼ Asset licenses and voice consent complete? No → get permission or replace assets Yes ▼ Account and posting route authorized? No → stop and resolve access with a lawyer Yes ▼ Truthful claims, safe data and required AI labels? No → fix and review; disputed rights → lawyer Yes ▼ Publish approved version → keep records ``` ## Safe setup checklist for IT - [ ] Confirm the intended release and compare it with its documentation. Live main-branch documentation may describe newer features. - [ ] Use the official `mpt` package maintained by `harry0703`. The README identifies the PyPI package named `MoneyPrinterTurbo` as third-party maintained. - [ ] Check Python 3.11 or later. The README recommends Python 3.11 and lists a minimum of four CPU cores and 4 GB RAM; a GPU is optional. These are project requirements, not our tested performance results. - [ ] Review these exact package commands from the README before installation. They were not executed for this article. macOS or Linux: ```shell python3 -m venv .venv source .venv/bin/activate python -m pip install mpt mpt webui ``` Windows PowerShell: ```powershell python -m venv .venv .venv\Scripts\Activate.ps1 python -m pip install mpt mpt webui ``` - [ ] Delete bundled music before commercial use. The reviewed music directory contained 29 MP3 files with no accompanying license note in that folder. The README says the music came from YouTube videos and should be deleted if it infringes. - [ ] Disable random background music. Choose an explicitly cleared track or no music. Check packaged resources and the active library: missing packaged resources can be copied back during initialization. Repeat after upgrades. - [ ] Keep `upload_post_enabled = false` and `upload_post_auto_upload = false`. These are the example configuration defaults. - [ ] Keep the control panel private. Do not expose the separate API service without designed access controls. - [ ] Enter only keys for selected providers. Never put keys, passwords or session tokens in this kit, asset logs or client approvals. - [ ] Check exports of settings before sharing; they can contain keys. Leave detailed request logging off unless needed and review its contents privately. - [ ] Consider Ollama for local script generation. This does not make cloud voices, stock searches or posting local. A model's own license still needs review. - [ ] Prefer owned narration or a voice service with explicit commercial rights. We did not confirm commercial redistribution permission for the third-party Edge TTS route. - [ ] If using Claude, follow Anthropic's current terms. Own use of the unmodified official CLI differs from routing users' requests through pooled subscription credentials. Ask Anthropic about managed or multi-user arrangements. - [ ] List every destination receiving data: text model, stock provider, voice provider, posting service and social platform. - [ ] Start with public facts and dummy content. Do not send customer records or confidential training materials without a separate data review. ## Project and account authorization | Field | Complete before production | |---|---| | Business and project | | | Video purpose and audience | | | Producer and final approver | | | Destination accounts and authorized owner | | | Written delegation or supported account role | | | Organic post, paid ad or internal training | | | Publication date and planned removal date | | | Services receiving text, media or reference audio | | | Budget owner and permitted provider spending | | | Person handling corrections and rights complaints | | - [ ] Account owner authorized this publication in writing. - [ ] Use a supported role or platform authorization flow, without shared passwords. - [ ] No attempt to bypass access controls, including a login, CAPTCHA, paywall, account block or revoked access. - [ ] A lawyer has reviewed disputed access or rights before work continues. ## Asset license and consent log Make one row per asset, including each clip, photo, music recording, voice recording and synthetic voice. Keep proof privately; do not include credentials or personal contact details in a public deliverable. A license webpage can change, so retain dated proof of the terms you relied on. | Asset ID and type | Source and rights holder | License or written consent | Public source/license link | Date obtained and checked | Proof retained | Allowed platforms and ads | Expiry, limits and approver | |---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---| | M1 music | | | | | | | | | F1 footage | | | | | | | | | V1 voice | | | | | | | | For music, check both the recording and composition as applicable, synchronization with video, editing, commercial promotion and the intended platforms. A platform's music library may grant narrower rights than a cross-platform license. Do not treat a YouTube link, credit line or short duration as permission. For footage, check recognizable people, logos, brands, private property and the implied story. Pexels prohibits implying endorsement by pictured people or brands and offensive depictions of identifiable people. Pixabay's summary prohibits misleading use and restricts commercial use involving recognizable trademarks, logos or brands; review its full terms too. A stock model must not become a fictional customer. A stock kitchen must not be presented as your restaurant. Record whether the image is clearly labeled as an illustration. For voice, identify the actual speaker or licensed synthetic voice, who authorized use and whether the permission covers cloning. A downloaded sample is not consent. Record provider terms separately from the speaker's consent. ## Voice permission record Use this as a scope record for the parties and their lawyer, not a ready-made legal release. ```text Speaker or authorized representative: Business authorized to use the voice: Specific recordings or synthetic voice covered: Permission covers recorded narration / synthetic voice / both: Approved topics and prohibited uses: Commercial use and paid advertising allowed: Platforms, audience and geographic scope: Start date, end date and compensation: Cloud providers receiving reference audio: Retention and deletion arrangements: Review and approval before each publication: Withdrawal process and treatment of existing publications: Signatures or other retained written acceptance and date: ``` ## AI disclosure checklist per platform Check the finished video, including voice and music. AI help with a script alone is not the same as a realistic synthetic person or event. Record the decision and the policy checked, even if no label is required. | Platform | Check | Decision, proof and reviewer | |---|---|---| | YouTube | Disclose realistic generated or altered content under current AI use settings. Its examples exempt script help, captions and cloning your own voice for voiceovers. Check synthetic scenes and other people's voices separately. | | | TikTok | Label AI content containing realistic images, audio or video. Check likeness permission and prohibited impersonation even when labeled. | | | Instagram / Facebook | Use disclosure for organic content with photorealistic video or realistic-sounding audio created or altered digitally. Verify AI info label. Review paid-ad rules separately. | | | Internal distribution | Record synthetic voice consent and any company disclosure requirements. Restrict audience and confidential information. | | MoneyPrinterTurbo posts through Upload-Post. In the source reviewed, the upload method conditionally sets YouTube's synthetic-media field but sends no equivalent TikTok or Instagram AI field. The service supports such fields; that does not mean this caller uses them. Prefer manual platform upload and verify the result before enabling automatic publishing. ## Pre-publish review - [ ] Every asset row is complete, with rights for this use and destination. - [ ] No bundled music or uncertain soundtrack remains in the actual exported file. - [ ] Voice consent covers synthetic use where applicable. - [ ] Claims match the business's real service, facilities, staff and results. - [ ] No invented customer, endorsement or fabricated experience appears. - [ ] Names, dates, prices, exclusions and calls to action are correct. - [ ] No confidential information, shipping label or customer record is visible or spoken. - [ ] A competent person checked instructions used for training or professional topics. - [ ] Captions match narration, remain readable and preserve qualifications. - [ ] The full video was watched with sound and then without sound. - [ ] AI disclosure and platform policy decisions are recorded separately for each destination. - [ ] YouTube audience and visibility are chosen deliberately; configuration defaults are not approval. - [ ] If seeking YouTube monetization, the work has original value and does not merely repeat a generic template. - [ ] The approver signed off on this exact video version. - [ ] Publication record contains the final public URL, date, approving person and correction contact. ```text Approved video version: Approved destinations: AI disclosure decisions: Final approver and date: Published URLs and dates: Correction or removal action, if later needed: ``` ## Risk table | Risk | Law or contract | How to lower it | |---|---|---| | Bundled or extracted music | Copyright §§106/107 and YouTube Terms | Delete bundled music; obtain and retain suitable rights; no seconds-based assumption | | Misleading stock image | Stock license, advertising rules and third-party rights | Use actual footage or identify illustration; check people, brands and endorsements | | Voice cloning without consent | State voice and publicity rights | Obtain specific written permission and provider rights; have local counsel review | | Fake AI customer | FTC 16 C.F.R. part 465 | Use truthful narration and real supported experiences; a label does not cure a fake testimonial | | Missing AI label | YouTube, TikTok and Meta policies | Review final output and native publishing controls for each destination | | Repetitive monetized channel | YouTube Partner Program | Add original educational or creative value; no monetization promise | | Unauthorized account use | CFAA, state computer laws and platform terms | Own or delegated access, permitted publishing method, stop after revocation | | Reusing a voice in phone calls | TCPA and FCC AI-voice ruling | Separate legal review; voice-owner consent is not called-party consent | | Subscription credential pooling | Anthropic terms | Individual official-client use under its terms or separately billed authorized API integration | ## Small business use cards All five are illustrations. Every card needs cleared assets, consent, final review and any required destination disclosure. The MIT software license adds no required fee. Hardware, staff time, purchased assets and chosen API usage remain additional; no complete per-video cost was measured. | Illustration | Input and useful result | Change from a generic automatic draft | Cost boundary | |---|---|---|---| | Repair shop explainer | Approved service description → actual bench demonstration | Own footage and owner narration; verify turnaround claims | Owned media avoids a stock purchase; staff time unknown | | Landscaper weekly tip | Verified practical advice → short useful tip | Actual demonstration; varied instruction and supervisor review | Hosted script/voice fees depend on selection; own narration optional | | Retail sale announcement | Approved dates and offer → event clip | Actual store, licensed ad music or silence; verify expiry | Asset rights and production time unknown until selected | | Bookkeeper FAQ | General scheduling answer → captioned short answer | Remove client data; preserve qualifications; no individualized advice | Use written script plus search terms or local footage, with posting off, to avoid model calls; review cost remains | | Wholesaler training | Current procedure → internal packing clip | Actual work area, consented narration, no customer labels, posting off | Storage and staff costs unknown; prepared-media local editing optional | ## Sources and dates read All read dates below are November 3, 2026 UTC.
